Babi Badalov’s visual poetry is characterized by the experience of migrant life, where the learning, understanding, and misunderstand–ing of language is a constant and central struggle. For And if I devoted my life to one of its feathers?, our joint exhibition with Wiener Festwochen, he not only transformed the entrance area of Kunsthalle Wien Museumsquartier with a large-scale collage, but also designed limited-edition merchandise in his typical ironic and playful manner.
