We kindly ask you to register in advance at besucherservice@kunsthallewien.at or directly at the cash desk in Kunsthalle Wien Museumsquartier. The number of participants is limited.
The guided tour is free with an exhibition ticket and will be held in German and/or English as required.
What does solidarity mean to us today? Do the multiple crises of a world that has become increasingly complex and global require different forms of relating to one another than in 1963, during the Cold War?
Andrea Hubin invites us together with guests to view the exhibition No Feeling Is Final. The Skopje Solidarity Collection as a platform to talk – through the art – about ways of interrelating and forms of solidarity.
Aleksandra Kolodziejczyk is a cultural and social anthropologist, head of the feminist development policy organization Frauen*solidarität, and is interested in queer-feminist resistance practices and lived visions.
On January 14, Aleksandra Kolodziejczyk will accompany us through the Skopje Solidarity Collection with these questions, among others: By whom and for whom are cities conceived and crafted, and how can we imagine living together in a solidary, caring city? How can we live cross-border solidarity, and what role do differences, common grounds, and emotions play in this?
